The spaces in the house flow into each other in a way so as to maintain privacy while at the same time integrating the spaces into a whole. The main entrance leads into a double height living room. The dining adjoins the living room and leads into a verandah that can be a spillover space and a visual enlargement of the dining room.

The office space has a separate entry from the parking that prevents casual visitors from entering the house. The ground floor also has the kitchen, a utility and a guestroom. The ground floor is treated as the semi private zone while the more private spaces are on the first floor. The first level consists of a family room and two bedrooms that overlook the living room below.

The volumes themselves are used as shading elements for the terrace.

Passive techniques and low cost measures have been incorporated into the construction to make it more efficient.
